2 large cans chicken meat OR1 chicken, boiled and de-boned
1 carton sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 onion chopped
5 or 6 fresh green chilies whole or chopped OR 2 or 3 cans of chopped green chilies
1 package of corn tortillas ripped into bite-size pieces (about 1 dozen)
2 cups shredded longhorn cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl, combine chicken, soup, sour cream, chopped onions, chopped green chilies or whole chilies and about half of the cheese. Stir in all of the corn tortillas. Mix well. If your mixture is a little dry, you can either add chicken broth or a can of milk. Pour into 9"x11" greased pan, sprinkle with the rest of the cheese on top. Bake at 350° until golden brown and bubbly about one hour.
