1 1/4 pounds ground beef
6 saltine crackers, rolled
1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon of salt
3/4 teaspoon garlic salt
2 tablespoons bacon grease
3 cups hot water
2 beef bullion cubes

Directions:
Directions:
Heat grease in skillet add beef and breakup. Then add remaining ingredients (except water and bullion cubes) and mix thoroughly. Cook until golden brown then add 3 cups hot water and 2 beef bullion cubes. Stir until bullion is dissolved. Let simmer until ready to serve, an hour longer makes it thicker and better.
