1 pound pinto beans
1 to 3 pound roast
2 garlic pods
1 large onion
2 tablespoons chili powder
1 tablespoon cumin
1 teaspoon salt
1 can chopped green chilies
1 teaspoon oregano
1 (15 oz.) bag corn chips
1 small head of lettuce
4 tomatoes
3 avocados
1 large onion
3 cups grated cheese
Taco sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Place beans in Dutch oven, cover with water, add next seven ingredients. Cover and simmer for five hours, add oregano cook 30 minutes longer. Remove meat, shred and return meat to the beans. Place chips on individual plates and top with lettuce, tomotoes, avocados, onion, cheese and taco sauce.
