Chicken:
1 cut-up fryer
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1 cube margarine or butter

Sauce:
1 onion, sliced
1 pod fresh garlic
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon vinegar
1/2 cup ketchup
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1/4 cup water
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400°. Mix flour, salt, pepper and paprika together. Dip chicken in melted butter then dredge in dry mixture. Place chicken skin-side down. Bake 30 minutes at 400°. Combine all ingredients for sauce and simmer 15 to 20 minutes, stirring once or twice. Remove chicken from oven and then pour sauce over it. Bake 30 minutes or until done.
