1 package dry onion soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can beef gravy mix
Salt and pepper to taste

You can just throw all of this in a crock-pot, and cook all day. You can also brown the roast searing on all sides, and bake in the oven. If I have time I like to sear my roast before putting in the crock-pot. Try using the new crock pot liners which makes the clean-up so easy.

I wish families would take the time to sit down together at the dinner table and enjoy this time of sharing their events of the day. People need to be more in touch with what is going on in their children's lives and the dinner table gives you the perfect opportunity to do this.
