1/2 Cup Half & Half
1/4 Cup Water
1 Cup Sugar
1 Tsp. Vanilla
4 Cups Pecan Halves

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except pecans in a medium saucepan. Stir well. Place over medium heat stirring constantly until sugar dissolves. Continue cooking until mixture registers 220 degrees on candy thermometer or a soft ball stage dropped in cold water. Remove from heat. Add pecans, stirring until well coated. Spread pecans on wax paper and separate with a fork. Cool.
