1-1/2 Cups Bisquick
1/3 Cup Milk
4 Tbsp. Mayonnaise
1-1/2 Lbs. Pork Sausage
1 Egg
2 Cups Cheddar Cheese, Grated
1 (4 Oz.) Can Chopped Green Chilies
1 Large Onion, Chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix Bisquick, milk and 2 tbsp. mayonnaise and spread evenly in a well greased 9"x12" Pyrex dish. Saute sausage and onions. Drain. Sprinkle meat mixture over Bisquick mixture in pan. Beat together egg and remaining mayonnaise, cheese and chilies. Spread over meat mixture.

Bake 25 to 30 minutes. Cut in squares and serve warm. It can be frozen and reheated.
