2 sticks butter
2 cups light brown sugar
1/2 cup light Karo syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 to 2 bags hulless, puffed popcorn (found at Winn-Dixie or Wal-Mart in the potato chip aisle)

Directions:
Directions:
Put butter, brown sugar and Karo in a saucepan. Cook over low to medium heat for 12 minutes, stirring continuously. After removing from stovetop, add vanilla. To mix, use a large roasting pan and spray with Pam. Put popcorn in pan and pour mixture over it. Stir to coat. Bake at 250° for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes. Remove from oven and pour onto wax paper. Spread out over waxed paper and let cool.
