Fresh jalapeņos
Cream cheese
Bacon

Directions:
Take as many fresh jalapeņos as you would like, split them and take the seeds out. Fill each half with cream cheese. Then wrap each individual jalapeņo with bacon, if needed secure with a toothpick. Put on cookie sheet and bake at 400° for about one hour or until bacon is crisp. You really need to use gloves when seeding your peppers!

These are not as hot as they sound. The cream cheese and bacon help cut the heat. I don't like anything too hot, but I can eat these like popcorn.
