Anaheim chilies (as many as you would like)
Canola oil
Roma tomatoes (as many as you want)
Apple cider vinegar to taste
Garlic salt (lots)

Directions:
Directions:
Roast red and green chilies, peel under cold water (use wide flat Anaheim chiles). Roast just until tender, do not over cook. You want them to still be firm. Take out seeds. Cook on grill. It is best over mesquite. Peel chilies apart. Use fresh tomatoes cut in strips and sprinkle with canola oil, apple cider vinegar and lots of garlic salt and onion salt. Marinade overnight for best results.
