1 (5 oz.) small can shrimp
1 tablespoon grated onion
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Dash cayenne
Salt and pepper

Combine all ingredients using a blender or processor. Serve with crackers.

Azzie's kitchen always brings back memories as I associate so many things with smells. When you walked into Azzie's kitchen the wall were infused with the smells of turkey baking on Thanksgiving morning, pot of gumbo cooking on the stove or fresh shrimp and fish being fried brings back wonderful memories.
