1 Stick oleo (or less)
1 Cup flour
1 Cup sugar
1/4 Teaspoon salt
3 Teaspoons baking powder
1 Cup milk
1 Large can peaches (or) pears, or combination, drained
1/2 to 2/3 cup of liquid from drained fruit,
Little cinnamon and sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Melt oleo in bottom of baking pan (9X9 pan)
Mix flour, sugar, salt, baking powder and milk. Pour mixture over oleo. Add fruit of choice and pour the liquid/juice over fruit. Sprinkle top lightly with sugar and cinnamon. Bake 45 minutes (or till brown) at 325º and serve warm with whipped topping.
