1 pkg Penne Rigate pasta
2 tlbs butter
2 large garlic cloves, minced
2 tlbs flour
3/4 cup chicken broth
3/4 cup milk
2 tsp dried parsley
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Johnsville Italian Sausage, cut in 1/4 inch sections
1/2 cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
1 cup mozzarella cheese
salt and pepper to taste

Cook pasta according to pkg directions. Meanwhile, fry sausage until done set aside. In small saucepan, melt butter add garlic. Cook over medium heat for 1 minute. Add flour, cook 1 minute. Stir in broth and milk. Cook stirring frequently, until sauce boils and thickens. Add parsley, salt and pepper and Parmesan cheese; stir until cheese is melted. Add tomatoes and sausage cook 1 minute. Add to pasta; sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top and serve immediately.
