1 c. light brown sugar
1. tbsp. flour mixed
dash salt
1 egg white, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla or rum
2 cups pecan halves

Directions:
Directions:
Sift together sugar, flour, salt. Add egg white and vanilla or rum. Fold in pecans and coat well. Drop by spoonfuls on greased cookie sheet. Bake for 35 minutes in 275º oven. Remove from cookie sheet immediately to stop cooking process.
