1 97% fat free yellow cake mix
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup vegetable oil (or canola)
1/4 cup water
1 cup plain nonfat yogurt
1 cup egg substitute
3 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons poppy seeds

Lemon Glaze:
1/2 cup sifted powdered sugar
2 tablespoons lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cake then stir in seeds. Pour into bundt pan and bake 350º for 40 minutes till done and tooth pick tested. Cool cake. Turn onto cake plate. Mix powdered sugar and lemon juice and drizzle over cake.

I always spray my bundt pan with cooking spray and scatter plain sugar in it before pouring in the cake mix.
