1 pkg (9 oz) FAMOUS brand chocolate wafers
2 cups Whipping Cream
1 tsp vanilla
Maraschino Cherries

Beat the whipping cream with the vanilla until stiff peaks form. Fold in vanilla. Spread 1 1/2 tespoons of cream onto each wafer, stacking them on top of each other. Then stand the log on its side on the platter. Cover with the remaining whipped cream. Decorate with maraschino cherries.
