6 cups grated peeled zucchini
6 cups sugar
6 oz crushed pineapple
1/2 cup lemon juice
2 small pkgs apricot jello

Directions:
Directions:
Cook zucchini for 6 minutes. (No water added). Add remaining ingredients and cook 6 minutes more. Remove from heat and add jello. Pour into jars and seal. Store in a cool place.
