6 quarts cut beans
3 tsp pickling salt
1/2 cup vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Cover beans with boiling water. Boil for 10 minutes. Add 1/2 cup vinegar and return to a boil. Pour into sterilized jars and add 1/2 tsp salt per quart jar of beans. Seal. Before using, drain off the liquid they were canned in. Add fresh water and bring to a boil.
