1 1/2 lbs sliced citron
3/4 lb each candied orange and lemon peel
6 oz candied ginger
3 lbs seedless raisins
1 1/2 lbs seeded raisins
1 1/2 lbs currants
3/4 lb candied cherries
3/4 lb pecans
rind of 6 lemons
1 1/2 cups orange marmalade
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
3/4 cup lemon juice
3/4 cup orange juice
6 cups flour
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 1/2 tsps nutmeg
1 1/2 tsps baking powder
3/4 tsp mace
3/4 tsp cloves
3/4 tsp allspice
1 1/2 lbs butter
3 cups sugar
18 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Mix fruit, marmalade and juices. Let stand overnight. Next morning cream butter and sugar adding eggs one at a time. Sift dry ingredients and add to butter mixture.. Add to fruit mixture and combine. Bake in 325 degrees oven for 1 1/2 -2 hours. Use 3 pans one 13" one 10" and one 7". All pans are 2 1/2 " deep.
