1 package frozen puff pastry, thawed
2 tbsp. jarred olive tapenade
1 tsp. herbes de Provence
2 cups cherry tomatoes
6 sprigs fresh thyme
freshly ground pepper

Directions:
Roll out puff pastry about 1/8 inch thick. Cut out 6, 4 inch circles (3 from each pastry section). Place pastry circles on a baking sheet and prick with fork to 1/4 inch from edge. Chill 15 minutes. Preheat 425º oven. Spread each pastry with tapenade and herbs (not quite to the edge). Cut tomatoes in half and place on pastry (leaving unpricked edge uncovered) and top with sprig of thyme and pepper. Bake 15 minutes till puffed and golden. Serve warm.
