1 c. finely crushed vanilla wafers
1 c. confectioner’s sugar
1 c. chopped nuts
2 T cocoa
2 T light corn syrup
¼ c. rum

Toppings:
Granulated sugar
Chopped nuts
Chocolate shot
Candied cherry halves
Directions:
Directions:
Combine wafer crumbs, confectioner’s sugar, nuts and cocoa. Add corn syrup and rum and mix well. Shape into 1 inch balls and roll in either granulated sugar, chopped nuts or chocolate shot (sprinkles). Cherry halves can be moistened with corn syrup and pressed onto balls. Store in airtight container, can be frozen. Will ship well if air tight.
