4 large carrots
2 celery stalks, cut into matchsticks
2 tbsp roughly chopped fresh cilantro

Dressing:
1 tbsp sesame oil
1-1/2 tbsp rice vinegar
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
1, To create flower-shaped carrot slices, cut several grooves lengthwise along each carrot before slicing it.

2. Slice each carrot into very thin slices, using a mandolin or the slicing cutter of a box grater.

3. Combine the carrot, celery, and cilantro in a bowl. Combine the dressing ingredients thoroughly.

4. Just before serving, toss the carrot mixture in the dressing, and transfer to a serving dish.
