1/4 c sugar
1/4 c chopped nuts
1/4 c raisins (either golden or regular)
2 T melted butter
2 tsp grated lemon peel
either 1 tube refrigerator biscuits or your favorite biscuit recipe
Glaze:
1/2 c confectioner's sugar
1 T lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine the first 5 ingredients. Separate biscuits and cut each into quarters; toss with sugar mixture. Place in a greased 9-in round baking pan.
Bake at 400º for 20-25 minutes or till golden brown. Immediately invert onto a wire rack. Combine glaze ingredients till smooth; drizzle over warm coffee cake.
