3 1/3 c flour
3 c sugar
4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
4 eggs
1 can (15 ozs) pumpkin
2/3 c water
2/3 c vegetable oil
2 c or 12 ozs chocolate chips
1 c of your favorite nuts

Directions:

In a large bowl, combine the first six ingredients. In another bowl, combine the eggs, pumpkin, water and oil; stir into dry ingredients until moistened. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts.
Pour into two greased and floured 9x5x3 inch loaf pans. Bake at 350º for 70 to 75 min. or till a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pans to wire racks to cool completely. Wrap in foil and freeze for up to 3 months.
