1 1/2 cup flour
1 cup sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
5 level tbsp cocoa
2/3 cup vegetable oil
1 cup or buttermilk or sour milk
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Sift dry ingredients in a large bowl, add milk and oil, beat for 2 minutes. Add eggs and vanilla and beat for another 2 min. Pour into a 9x12 pan and bake 35 mins at 325°F. Ice as desired.
