Pork chops
salt and pepper to taste
garlic powder to taste
2 T. Worcestershire Sauce
cup of coffee (not grounds)

Directions:
Directions:
Salt, pepper and put garlic powder on pork chops.
Put porkchops in baking pan, add worcestershire sauce and coffee. Bake at 350º about an hour depending on thickness, may take longer.

This is one I made up, but everybody loves them and asks for the recipe. They are very good and are tender. Soy Sauce may be used instead of worcestershire, if desired.
