32 Graham Cracker squares crushed
1 cube butter melted
1/2 cup brown sugar

Filling:
2 (8oz.package cream cheese
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
5 eggs separated

Topping:
1 pint sour cream

Crush graham crackers, melt butter and add brown sugar add this mixture to the graham cracker and line in spring form pan.

Filling:
Mix cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and egg yolks beat with electric mixer until smooth and creamy. Fold in beaten egg whites and pour on top of crust. Bake in pre-heated oven for 350º for 30-45 minutes. Test center to be sure it is firm before taking from oven

Topping:
Mix 1 pint sour cream with 1 tbsp. vanilla and 1/2 cup sugar. Spoon gently on top of filling Bake 10 minutes. Take from oven and let sit to cool. Refrigerate several hours before serving.
