2-2 1/2 lbs Monetary Jack Cheese
2 (4oz) can green chiles
3 eggs
2 cups milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup flour

Directions:
Directions:
Cut chilies into 2 inch strips. Layer cheese, chiles in a 13x9x2 inch pan. Beat eggs, milk, flour, and salt together. Pour over cheese and chilies. Bake at 350º for 40-45 minutes.
