1 cup fresh mushrooms sliced can use mushrooms in a jar
1 clove of garlic chopped
1/4 cup butter
2 cans minced or chopped clams (save and reserve liquid)
1 cup half and half can use mocha mix dairy creamer
2 tsp chicken bouillon
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. dry Sherry Wine
1 tbsp. chopped parsley or pesto sauce in jar
1/4 tsp pepper
2 tbsp. flour

Directions:
Directions:
In sauce pan cook mushrooms and garlic in butter until tender. Stir in flour, stir in liquid, half and half, and bouillon cooking while stirring until thick. Add clams, Sherry, parsley, and pepper. Heat but do not boil. Serve over hot cooked linguine.
