1 box small pasta(elbows,chili Mac,shells)
1 can Italian tomatoes(35 oz.can)
3-4 lbs.zucchini(peeled and cut into chunks)
1 lg.onion(chopped up)
2 quarts of water
drizzle of olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
Romano cheese(to sprinkle when served)

Directions:
Directions:
Fill a large saucepan about 1/4 the way up(about 2 quarts).Add chopped onion,peeled and cut up squash,tomatoes that have been put threw the blender,olive oil,salt and pepper.Cook till squash is done.Boil pasta in separate pot,be sure to add salt to the water.Do not over cook the pasta should be ala dente.Drain and add to tomato mixture.Cover and let sit about 30 minutes.Serve with Romano cheese.
