1 cup shortening
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
1 cup nuts
2 eggs 1 cup crushed pineapple
4 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp soda
Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening and sugars until blended well. Add eggs, pineapple and mix well. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Drop by spoonful on a cookie sheet baking at 375º for 10 minutes.

This recipe is delicious and wonderful. It is not a really sweet cookie, but you can taste the pineapple in it.
