1 qt. fresh finely mashed strawberries or other berry
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup light corn syrup
1/4 tsp. salt
4 tsp. lemon juice
2 cups cool whip

Directions:
In bowl beat until still 4 egg whites. Fold in strawberry mixture and mix until smooth. Fold in 2 cups cool whip thoroughly. Pour in 3 lb coffee can cover with plastic lid and freeze for 4 hours or more.

Quick and easy way to make a strawberry sherbet. You can substitute and berry which can be mashed finely
