Personal Notes:
This recipe was found in Grandma Louise Coan's handwriting. Margie was married to Louise's second husband George's brother Jim. They lived up in San Ramon Cannon on a ranch. Grandpa Larry Coan would take the girls up during round up time and Margie and Grandma Louise Coan would cook a fantastic meal for everyone. She must have liked this recipe as it sounds easy to make.
