1 cube butter
1/2 cup white sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup and 2 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup of chocolate chips, coconut or raisins. It's your choice or you can mix them up as long as it makes 1 cup.
1/2 cup nuts (may be omitted)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together butter, sugar egg and vanilla until creamy. Add to creamy mixture flour, baking soda and salt mixing well. Add your chocolate chips, coconut, raisins or nuts. Or leave plain it's your choice. Drop by tsp. on to ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 375º F for 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned.
