2 well beaten eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 cups scalded milk
1 1/4 cups cooked and cooled rice
1 cup seedless raisins
dash cinnamon
dash of nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients and pour into greased 1 quart casserole pan. Set pan in 1 inch water cook in low over 325º F for 1 1/2 hours.
