2/3 cup Soy Sauce
1/4 cup Oil
6 Cloves Garlic, minced
2 tsp Ginger
2 tsp Dry Mustard
2 tsp Molasses
2 pounds Flank Steak

Directions:
Directions:
In a glass jar, mix the soy sauce, oil, garlic, ginger, mustard and molasses. Let marinade stand for 2 hours. Place flank steak in a shallow baking dish. Pour the marinade over the steak. Chill, covered in the refrigerator for 6 to 8 hours. Prepare the grill and cook the steak for 4 to 6 minutes per side.
