1 Tbsp. Butter
1 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
1 package frozen white corn
1/2 Red Onion, chopped
3 Tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
3 Tbsp. Olive Oil
1 to 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh Basil
Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the butter and oil. Saute the corn until roasted. In a medium bowl, combine the onion, vinegar, olive oil, basil, and roasted corn. Mix well. Add salt and pepper to taste. Sea salt is great with it!
