2 cups Saltine Cracker Crumbs
4-5 Yellow Squash, cooked
1 tsp. Salt
1 cup Evaporated Milk
1 cup Cheddar Cheese, grated
1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
1/2 cup Onion, sliced thin
2 Eggs
1/2 tsp. Paprika
1/2 tsp. Garlic Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cook squash and drain well. In a bowl combine squash, crackers, onion, salt, milk, cheese, and oil (I use a mixer). Beat eggs and add to this mixture too. Pour into a greased baking dish and bake for 45 minutes at 350º. Remove from oven and while hot, sprinkle with paprika and garlic salt.
