2 Cups Flour
1/2 Cup Sifted Powdered Sugar
1 Cup Butter
Lemon Filling

Lemon Filling:

4 Beaten Eggs
2 Cups Sugar
1/3 Cup Lemon Juice
1/4 Cup Flour
1/2 Tsp. Baking Powder

Directions:
Directions:
Sift together flour and confectioner's sugar. Cut in butter. Knead and pat into an 8"x12"x2" glass cake pan. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes.

For filling, combine beaten eggs, sugar, and lemon juice. Beat well. Mix together flour and baking powder and add egg mixture. Pour lemon filling over the hot pastry and continue baking 25 minutes.
