2 lb. ground beef
1 diced onion
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 tsp. salt
1 can pinto beans, rinsed and drained
1 can navy beans, rinsed and drained
1 can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
1 can corn, rinsed and drained
3 cans fresh cut tomatoes
1 pkg. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 1/2 cup water
1 pkg, taco seasoning
1 pkg, Ranch buttermilk dressing

Directions:
Brown ground beef and onion, drain. Add the remainder of the ingredients, bring to a boil and simmer one hour. Top with shreddeed cheese and optional sour cream. Serve with taco chips.
