30 oreos
1/4 cup butter, melted
4 8-oz. pkg, cream cheese
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs
20 oreos, chopped, divided

Directions:
Directions:
Place 30 cookies in processor, Process 30-45 seconds or until finely chopped. Add butter, mix well. Press into bottom of 9 x 13 pan. Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with mixer until blended. Add eggs, mix until blended. Gently stir in 1 1/2 cups of chopped cookies. Pour into crust. Sprinkle with remaining cookies. Bake at 350º for 40 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight. Cut into squares. Tip--line pan with foil for easy removing of squares.
