1 lb. boneless beef sirloin or top round steak, 3/4" thick
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 cups fresh broccoli flowerets
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 tsp. garlic powder or 2 cloves garlic, minced
1 can condensed tomato soup
2 tbsp. soya sauce
1 tbsp. vinegar

Directions:
Slice beef across the grain into thin strips.
In wok, in 1 tbsp hot oil, stir-fry the beef until browned. Remove beef & set aside.
In same wok add remaining tbsp. hot oil, stir-fry broccoli, ginger & garlic powder until broccoli is tender crisp.

Stir in soup, soy sauce & vinegar. Heat to boiling. Return beef to wok. Heat through.
