1 & 1/2 cups graham wafer crumbs
1 tbsp. flour
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup melted margarine
1-14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 cup chopped candied pineapple
2 &1/2 cups flaked cocoanut
1/4 cup soft margarine
1 & 1/2 cups sifted icing sugar
1 tsp. warm cream
1/2 tsp. vanilla
red food colouring

Crust:
Combine wafer crumbs, flour & sugar; drizzle with the margarine &mix throughly. Press evenly into an 8" square pan. Bake 10 min. at 350º.

Filling:
Combine milk, lemon juice, pineapple & cocoanut & mix well. Pour evenly over baked crust. Bake 20-25 min. Cool.

Icing:
Cream the soft margarine; blend in icing sugar, alternately with cream. Add vanilla & tint delicately with food colouring. Spread on cooled squares. Cut in squares.
