1 Romaine lettuce
1/4 lb. bean sprouts
3 hard boiled eggs, cut in wedges or slices
5 crispy- cooked bacon strips, crumbled


DRESSING:

1/4 cup oil
1/4 cup sugar
2 tbsp. cider vinegar
3 tbsp. ketchup
1 tbsp. grated onion
1 tsp. worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Wash & break up Romaine lettuce, Mix with bean sprouts, eggs & bacon. Combine dressing ingredients & pour over salad. Serve.

If fresh bean sprouts are not available, may use chinese noodles instead.
