Pork Roast cut into cubes
2 cans green chilies
1 green pepper
1 onion
4 cloves garlic
1 can beef broth
1 tsp. ground cloves

Flour, salt and pepper pork and fry in oil until brown. Add onion, green chilies, and cloves simmer about 1 hour until meat is tender, add water if needed.
