2 cups lukewarm water
3 pkg. yeast
6 tsp. sugar
30 cups flour
3 tbsp. salt
1 cup shortening [ melted ]
12 cups lukewarm water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 3 ingredients & set aside.
Meanwhile measure in kneading pan 30 cups flour, 3 tbsp. salt & mix well. Next make a well in center & add shortening & the 12 cups lukewarm water & yeast mixture. Mix with hands until dough gets smooth & elasticky & begins leaving sides of pan. Take out on floured board & knead for a few min. Place back in the lightly greased kneading pan, cover well & allow to rise until doubled in bulk. Punch down , turn out on greased board. Divide in 16 pieces. Shape into loaves & place in greased loaf pans. Let rise until doubled in bulk again & bake at 350º approximately 1 hour.
