First layer:
1 stick butter
1 cup finely chopped pecans
1 cup flour

Second layer:
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup Cool Whip (from large sized container)

Third layer:
3 small packages instant chocolate pudding
3 cups whole milk

Fourth layer:
Remaining Cool Whip from large container
Special Dark bar

Directions:
Directions:
First layer:
Mix together and press into 9 x 13 x 2 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Allow to cool.

Second layer:
Mix together and carefully spread on cooled first layer.

Third layer:
Mix packages of instant chocolate pudding with milk.Carefully spread on second layer.

Fourth layer:
Spread remaining Cool Whip on top of 3rd layer.
Garnish with shavings of Hershey's Special Dark chocolate bar (done with a carrot peeler).
