3 Lg cooked chicken breast (boned/cubed)
1/3 C Salad oil
¼ C Vinegar
1 ½ tsp Salt
¼ C Sugar
¼ C Chp. green onions
¾ Head of lettuce
½ C Slivered Almonds
¼ C Toasted sesame seeds
6 Or more Wonton Skins, fried and broken in large pieces

De-bone and cube the chicken into bite size pieces.
Mix oil, vinegar, salt, sugar and green onions.
Fry the wonton skins quickly in about an inch of veg oil. These brown very quickly so be ready to turn them within about a min. Toss chicken with the lettuce and the dressing
Add the almonds, toasted sesame seeds and the wonton skins
Toss all together
(Don’t add the wonton skins until you are ready to serve
