1# Fish fillets (cubed)
1 C Chopped onion
1/2 C Chopped greed pepper
1/2 C Chopped red pepper
½ C Sliced Celery
3 Ears Grilled corn
2 Med Potatoes
1/2# Small Peeled Raw Shrimp
2 C Milk
1 Qt Chicken Broth
1 tsp Salt & Blk.pepper
1/2 tsp Paprika
1/2 tsp Old Bay Seafood seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
In Dutch oven, saute’ onion, peppers & celery in little veg oil.
Cut the corn off the cob and add to this. Remove to a bowl
Slightly brown the fish in a little oil.
Add broth and seasonings and return the onion,celery and peppers to the pot.
Add potatoes and simmer for about 15 min.
Add shrimp,
Add milk, and heat to a simmer for about 15 min
Serve with crusty French Bread.
