4 LB Peaches
4 ½ C Sugar
1 ½ C Cider Vinegar
1 TBS Whole Allspice
2 tsp Whole Cloves
2 3” cinnamon sticks



Directions:
Directions:
Peel peaches, places them a peeled in slightly salted water
In 5 qt kettle, combine sugar, vinegar, ¾ cup water and the spices tied in a cheesecloth and bring to boiling.
Add peaches and return to boiling, reduce heat and simmer for 10 min.
Pour into a large bowl and refrigerate over night (covered)
Spoon peaches into 4 pint jars (removing the spice bag) and bring the syrup to boiling.
